What is it you see
when you stop,
find my eyes,
and stare directly through all I have ever been?
Tyler Knott Gregson
It is very rare that I share an unedited photo, in fact, I don’t think there are any photos on my blog other than these that aren’t in some way edited.
I find my photos more aesthetically pleasing to my own eyes when I have found the filter that makes them pop in just the way I want them to. Often the filter used will also influence the quote I choose to accompany them, or I will maybe edit a photo to complement words I have already chosen.
I have left these photos as is though, no filters, no cropping, nothing. This is how I would rock up to Mr F’s and I figure he is always happy with what he sees, so I see no reason what he sees isn’t fit for consumption unfiltered.
Mr F tells me I’m pretty when I’m sat in my lockdown uniform of PJ’s, no makeup and hair that sometimes hasn’t been brushed for days as I’m sat drinking my first coffee of the day and most of my words don’t make sense. He also grabs my ass and boobs every chance he gets and swoops me up in a flurry of kisses often.
Whatever it is he sees when he looks at me compels him to use words and actions that make me feel incredibly wanted and treasured, just as I am and I don’t think this should be a new feeling, but it is and I love it.
